THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND HAVING ACCEPTED THEM WITHOUT RESERVATION BEFORE ANY PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE WWW.DARKANDDAZZLING.FR .

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations applicable to any order placed with Dark & Dazzling , a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET number 944 789 924 00015 , whose head office is located at 94 rue des Rabats, 92160 Antony, France .

ARTICLE 1 – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are clothing, accessories and women's fashion items whose essential characteristics are described in detail on the website www.darkanddazzling.fr .

ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) , excluding delivery costs.

Dark & Dazzling reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDER

Any order validated online implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

The order is confirmed only after receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Payments are secure and accepted via the following solutions: bank cards and other methods offered by Shopify Payments .

Dark & Dazzling does not store any banking data.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

• Delivery area: France (other areas on request).
  
• Indicative delivery times: 2 to 7 working days after dispatch (France and European Union); 7 to 20 days (other areas)
  
• Delivery costs: calculated at the time of order.
  
  In the event of a delivery delay of more than 30 days, the Buyer may cancel their order and obtain a refund.
  

ARTICLE 6 – TAXATION / VAT / CUSTOMS

Taxes and Duties :

Prices displayed on our website are shown inclusive of VAT for orders shipped within France and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, import charges, or state taxes may be required upon delivery of your order.

These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days after receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

Return conditions:

• new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all their tags and/or accessories.
  
• Jewelry, wigs or personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  

Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in the event of an error or defect on the part of Dark & Dazzling .

Returns must be sent to the following address: 94 rue des rabats, 92160 Antony, France. No returns will be accepted at pickup points or any other address.

Reimbursement is made within 7 days maximum after validation of the return.

Packages not collected from a relay point:

If the customer chooses delivery to a relay point and does not collect their package within the time limit set by the carrier, it will be automatically returned to us.

In this case, the order will be considered refused by the customer.

The refund will be made upon receipt of the package , up to the amount of the order less the initial delivery costs and the return costs invoiced by the carrier.

A new shipment may be offered , subject to prior payment of the reshipping costs by the customer and the missing item following the deduction of the return costs.

ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (texts, images, logos, etc.) on the site www.darkanddazzling.fr is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These T&Cs are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may resort to a consumer mediator or refer the matter to the competent courts.
