RETURN POLICY

THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ THIS RETURN POLICY AND HAVING ACCEPTED IT WITHOUT RESERVATION BEFORE ANY PURCHASE ON THE SITE WWW.DARKANDDAZZLING.FR .

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days after receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

Returns are entirely the responsibility of the customer (shipping costs and any applicable customs duties).

1. Return conditions

To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact our customer service at: hello@darkanddazzling.fr , or via the contact form, specifying their order number .

Returned products must be:

  • intact,
  • not worn,
  • unwashed,
  • and accompanied by their original packaging and accessories.

Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Returns must be sent to the following address: 94 rue des rabats, 92160 Antony, France. No returns will be accepted at pickup points or any other address.

2. Refunds

  • Once the return has been validated ( after receipt of the package by our services), the refund will be effective within 7 days .
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Products excluded from returns

For reasons of hygiene or personalization , certain products may be excluded from returns (worn jewelry, personalized items, etc.). This information will be specified on the relevant product sheet.

4. Packages not collected from a relay point

If the customer chooses delivery to a relay point and does not collect their package within the time limit set by the carrier, it will be automatically returned to us.

In this case, the order will be considered refused by the customer.

The refund will be made upon receipt of the package , up to the amount of the order less the initial delivery costs and the return costs invoiced by the carrier.

A new shipment may be offered , subject to prior payment of the reshipping costs by the customer and the missing item following the deduction of the return costs.
